Personalised items. Made to your specification and exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once production begins they cannot be returned for a change of mind or wrong size. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering if production has not started.
If it is faulty. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to everything we sell, personalised included. Reject a faulty, damaged or incorrect item within 30 days for a full refund. We pay return postage, and this covers our errors such as a misspelled date or the wrong initial.
Nothing is pre-made. Your piece is stitched after you order, which is why it takes up to 10 working days before dispatch.
For custom photo orders we first convert your image into an embroidery design and send you a proof. Production time starts once you approve it, so replying quickly gets your parcel out sooner.
Ordering two different sizes? They are still shipped together in one parcel, in recycled packaging.

Every piece is cut from 240gsm organic ringspun cotton, garment-washed and pre-shrunk so it holds its shape from the first wear. The fit is relaxed and unisex with a dropped shoulder.
Everything is embroidered to order, so please allow up to 10 working days before your parcel is dispatched. Personalised orders go into production once you have approved your proof.
Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend, and every parcel is tracked. We also ship internationally, charged at checkout by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the item reaching us.

| 3. Image quality | We colour-correct every image, but we cannot add detail to a low-resolution original. If your photo will not stitch well we will tell you and offer a full refund. |
| 4. Rights in your image | By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We cannot stitch copyrighted characters, band or sports logos, or professional photographs without consent. |
| 5. Your photos are deleted | Images are used only to make your order and are deleted 15 days after delivery. We never use customer photographs in our marketing. |
| 6. Buying as a pair | Order two different sizes separately and they still arrive together in one parcel. |
