Making your order

Everything we sell is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed or pre-stitched, so please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be made before it is dispatched. Personalised and custom photo orders go into production once you have approved your proof.

United Kingdom

Delivery is free on all UK orders, with no minimum spend. Orders are sent tracked, and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.

International

We ship worldwide. Delivery is charged at [ £X ] to [ £Y ] depending on destination, calculated at checkout. All international orders are tracked.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the price you pay us and we have no control over them. Customs delays sit outside our stated delivery times.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, charged at the original rate.
