Who we are

Couple Collections is a trading name of Zahra London Limited, company number 17036701, registered in England and Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Prices and contract

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and [ VAT STATUS ]. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if one affects your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order, or when you approve your proof for a custom item.

Custom and personalised orders

The proof. For custom photo orders we prepare a digital proof and send it for your approval. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Production time begins from approval, not from the order date.

Image quality. We colour-correct every image, but we cannot add resolution to a low-quality original. If your photo is too small or too blurred to print well we will tell you before proceeding, and offer a full refund if you would rather not continue.

Rights in the images you send. By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We cannot print images you do not hold the rights to, including photographs taken by professional photographers without their consent, copyrighted characters, band and sports logos, and images of public figures.

Orders we may decline. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or which infringes someone else's rights. If we decline for this reason you will receive a full refund and an explanation.

Your photographs. Images are used solely to produce your order and are deleted 15 days after delivery.

Product appearance

Colours vary between screens. Because every item is made individually, small variations in the placement and finish of print and embroidery are normal and are not faults.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under UK law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England and Wales.
